Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel good about everything you carry, wear, and collect from us. If something doesn’t feel like you, no worries — we’ve got your back. Contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. You then have 30 days to ship the package back to us. You can return unused accessories or unworn items with tags and in their original packaging.

Please note that return shipping is not prepaid—we kindly ask customers to cover the cost of sending items back.

Returns

Once your return makes its way back to our studio, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. You’ll get an email from us once it’s been processed. Please allow a few days for your bank to reflect the refund.

Note: we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or custom touches like phone pouchs with custom letters are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If the item you picked doesn’t match your vibe or you're eyeing a different piece, we’re happy to help you exchange it for another style from the same listing. Unfortunately, we can’t offer exchanges for sold-out or limited-edition items.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
